We traveled to the beach for the end of 2015. I know I've said it before but the beach has to be my favorite place. It was a much needed getaway for the two of us. It felt like we were a family again just my husband, me and my puppy dog. We rang in the New Year with some close friends and spent a good amount of time being lazy and watching football.

An Alabama Adjustment
It's been a month now since we officially moved out out Memphis. Until now, I've filled most of my days with last minute Christmas shopping, wrapping presents, and keeping my sweet nephew. We had a wonderful Christmas in spite of it being 80 degrees on Christmas Day. It was so nice to not have to travel back to Memphis after the holiday. Especially with all of the severe weather that hit over the mid south. One thing is for sure, I'm not missing the highway.
It's been an adjustment moving back to Alabama. I love being able to spend time with my family as much as I have, but I truly miss our home together. We are practically living out of suitcases bouncing from one set of parent's house to the other. All of our stuff is in storage with the exception of a few fragile storage boxes. It's an exhausting way to live and we are more than ready to get back to our normal. Still no word on where we will be moving next.
