Over the long weekend, we traveled to my happy place. AKA, the beach! After a long, hard week at work, the beach was just what we needed.
Being in Orange Beach makes me miss Alabama so much.

We were fortunate enough to be able to spend some quality time with Christopher's parents and yet we failed to get a group photo. One of these days I'm going to master this photography thing.
I feel like all we did was eat over the weekend. Saturday night, we visited my favorite restaurant in OBA. If you are ever in the area, Shipps Harbour Grill is a must!
Cosmos is also one of our faves. We love that they are one of the only restaurants that is pup friendly.

Sunday, we visited The Wharf where we were literally drooling at the marina. Dreaming of a day where we would be able to afford one of those beautiful boats.
Although, Memorial Day provided us with a nice long weekend. We will never forget the ones who sacrificed their lives for our freedom. How often we take this for granted.
