Birthday Celebration

This past weekend, I traveled back to Montgomery to help celebrate my nephew's First Birthday. It was such a fun party. My sister-in-law went all out with the wild safari theme. I think everyone had a great time.

First and foremost, here is a picture of me and the Birthday Boy!

The party featured some crazy, good jungle treats along with some wild safari party decorations.

I loved this plate that featured Garrett's hand prints.

He didn't know what to think about the birthday cake but he seemed to enjoy all the attention he was getting. How could that grin not make you smile?

 He is such a sweet, sweet baby.

It was so great getting to see both of my grandmothers in the same weekend.

Overall, the weekend was just perfection. It's so nice getting to spend time with my nephew who I don't get to see all that often. I also got to spend some great quality time with my parents.

 I only wish the hubby didn't have to work and could have joined us.
